He partners with senior executives to re-imagine how they build core capabilities and design healthy organizations. Keba’s team is responsible for ensuring that the Target is optimally aligned to execute strategy, fuel innovation, and sustain growth.
After 18+ years working in human capital and organization design for global Fortune 500s, government agencies, and leading nonprofits, Keba believes that companies who make organizational health and the continuous learning, development, and growth of its people core strategy will beat their competitors and dominate their industries. Keba received his MBA in Organization and Management from Emory University and BBA in Finance from Howard University.
