Christine lives in Colorado with her husband Kevin and two young children Oscar & Evie. She joined OppenheimerFunds in 2013 as AVP, HR Relationship Management and transitioned into Organizational Development & Learning. In this role she advises and serves in areas such as leadership, transformation, talent, and performance management.
Most of her career was with UBS starting as a HR Manager in New York and Connecticut and then Director of HR Performance, Reward & Analytics in London, England leading a global team of HR officers to deliver the division’s performance management, talent, compensation and promotion cycles. Christine has also worked in recruitment and HR at General Electric in California and Connecticut, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and Danaher.
Christine is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and volunteers as Vice President on the TIED board of directors. TIED (Talent, Inclusion, Engagement, Diversity) is a global diversity leadership roundtable that engages organizations with a Colorado presence in collaborative dialogue about diversity, inclusion, employee engagement, business resource groups, recruitment, retention, and leadership development initiatives. Christine is also an active volunteer with the Blind Institute of Technology (BIT). BIT prepares the visually impaired and the employers who hire them for success in the workplace.
Christine was recognized by Training Magazine as a 2018 Emerging Leader, by The University of Toledo College of Business and Innovation as a 2017 Outstanding Alumni and by ICC in 2015 as a HR Disrupter. She has received her Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) certification and holds a Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Toledo in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development with a minor in Marketing.
