What To Expect And How To Make The Most Of Your Experience
1:1 Meetings at Café Social
TMA members and event attendees love to hear best practice case studies, but the best knowledge in the room isn’t always from the person standing behind a lectern. This event is about Social Media. Let’s be social and connect with each other. Share your strengths and get some advice on problem areas.
How 1:1 Meetings Work at TMA Events:
Throughout the event, Café Social will be available for you to schedule one on one meetings with other attendees. Meetings can be booked in 30-minute time blocks. Four weeks before Social Recruiting Summit all attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to register and set up Café Social meetings online. You will have access to the list of participating attendees, along with a list of topics that each attendee would like to discuss. Topics will be separated into “expertise” or “need more info” categories. For example, if you need to learn more about recruiting via Facebook but you are already an expert at recruiting via LinkedIn, you could search for attendees that are willing to share tips on Facebook marketing and set up a meeting in the café to learn more. At the same time, attendees that are looking for tips on promoting via LinkedIn, will contact you for advice.
You can block out certain times so no one can send you requests during a time that you want to view a particular session, or you can opt out of 1:1 meetings altogether. It’s up to you.
