Over his 28-year career, Jeff has served in a number of impactful roles covering Employee and Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Employment Branding, Learning & Development, and Performance Management, across the fields of retail, healthcare, higher education, and technology. Jeff is currently the Director of Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness at Juniper Networks with responsibilities for global performance management, climate and employee engagement, and management development.
Outside of Juniper, Jeff is active on the Board of Directors for three non-profit organizations including serving as the President of the Board for HR Inc., which hosts an annual HR Symposium to advance the development of the Human Resources profession in Northern California. Jeff is married with two children.
