Vice President Global Business Partnering and Americas Employee Relations, Adobe Systems
As Vice President of the Employee Resource Center and Global Business Partnering for Adobe, Cindy Springsteel spearheads initiatives to make Adobe a great place to work. As a key leader in the Employee Experience organization, she heads the organization responsible for providing strategic consultation and the day-to-day counsel and support for over 14,000 employees globally. Her leadership role includes organizational design and talent management planning, hightouch executive counsel as well as the management of a highly scalable Employee Resource Center (ERC) which provides global employees with a one-stop resource for questions and concerns. Cindy joined Adobe in 1999 and has held a number of key roles within Adobe; she was promoted to Vice President in 2012. Her contributions have included the design and implementation of a global Business Partner/ERC model and successfully implementing the “Check-in” performance management process, which included the abolishment of the annual performance review in 2012. . Cindy and her team are active partners working alongside the business and she has spent considerable time in Asia, Europe, Japan and India to fully engage with key talent around the globe.
Prior to Adobe, Cindy held HR leadership positions at Silicon Graphics and Pyramid Technology. Cindy has a bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University.
