you will learn an alternative approach to enhancing performance and employee engagement by aligning individual skills and strengths to organization goals and how to measure forward progress and success based upon team member growth and contribution.
For the session, Dr. Larry Hiner and Yvonne Gardner of Workforce Equanimity will draw on their client experience to demonstrate how an Intentional Learning Organization – where all contributors are expected and encouraged to grow new skills – supports a continuous process of “performance” assessment and improvement.
Participants will learn:
• How organizations are shifting from rearview performance reviews to forward focused learning plans to accelerate performance, create engagement, promote retention and support succession planning.
• How managers can identify individual team member strengths and learning needs and create a goal alignment plan – that is, “managers as coaches.”
• Methods for measuring success within the new Intentional Learning Organization context.
