This session will focus on SunTrust’s multi-year performance transformation journey which includes driving behavior and culture changes and enhancing how we utilize technologies and tools to support our practice. For example, introducing a check-in format for mid-year, changing our rating scale, and rethinking our rewards programs and alignment to performance to ensure we are maximizing our people investment.
