Stephen Muller is director of talent development for Fluor Corporation at the company’s headquarters in Dallas. He is the architect of many of the company’s development programs that target aspiring leaders and high potential employees. He and a colleague helped their employers receive the title of best companies for leaders on four separate occasions.
A Washington state native, Stephen served as a communication and development manager with Westinghouse at Hanford, Washington.
He is an accomplished musician and owner of a Bosendorfer grand piano that made appearances on Johnny Carson’s Tonight Show over a two-year period. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Eastern Washington University.
