Vice President - Engineering, National Oilwell Varco.
Dib graduated from the Lebanese University-Beirut in 1997 with a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1999 he moved to Dubai and worked 4 years in the construction field. In 2003 he joined National Oilwell Varco as Sales Engineer for Mission (a division of NOV) in the Middle East region. In 2005 he earned an Executive MBA from University of Strathclyde-Glasgow and in the same year he became Mission Area Manager for Middle East and Africa. In 2008 he attended NOV-Purdue Sales Management program.
In July 2009 he became the Director of Sales and Operations for the Middle East, North Africa, South East Asia and CIS. In the time that has transpired since then, he has built that operation in a full sales, service, and fabrication facility, handling virtually all products that Mission can build. Dib has worked with customers on the front lines seeing what is good and what could be better with NOV’s product and service offering.
In July 2013 he was promoted to VP of Engineering for NOV-Process and Flow Technologies, and relocated to Houston September of the same year.
