Andrea Walsh is a senior consultant in the Houston office of Willis Towers Watson with over 18 years of human resources consulting experience. She has both a talent management and actuarial background and has led various discussions regarding attraction, retention, and engagement of the global workforce.

Sharing knowledge of talent management and rewards trends with large, global organizations and advising on program adjustments to align with market
Providing national thought leadership and support to clients as they consider the recent changes in the performance management landscape
Developing workforce/EVP, rewards and cultural alignment strategies
Facilitating discussions with business/operations leaders and HR to understand the business, identify business-critical roles and align HR and talent strategies with business goals
Collaborating with job family subject matter experts and HR to design, implement, and communicate career philosophy and career paths
Partnering with business leaders to define knowledge management strategy, lead teams to design and implement mentoring program to support the strategy and facilitate on-site mentoring training

Education and Credentials
Andrea is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and has a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Her article on engaging employees through knowledge transfer mentoring was published in Workspan Magazine last October.
