Erin Dunn is currently leveraging analytics to drive growth and transformation for Graybar as the leader of the HR Insights team. The group is responsible for identifying and monitoring strategies through human capital analytics, creating a culture of continuous listening through survey strategies and shaping the business through organizational design. Erin joined Graybar in 2013 as Manager, Organizational Development where she worked in various areas of talent management leading up to her current assignment. Prior to joining Graybar, Erin worked in full-scale Talent Management at Ralcorp Holdings. She also holds an M.S in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.
