The HR landscape is continually changing. With data becoming a key factor in many HR decisions, practitioners are increasingly becoming known as strategic partners. HR is frequently being challenged to demonstrate that our programs are having measurable business impacts. We find ourselves in a world where having data and doing analyses isn’t enough – we need to be able to effectively tell our story.
