At the Talent Management Alliance (TMA), your privacy is important to us. We do not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to third parties for marketing purposes.
TMA reserves the right to modify/change this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make major changes to this policy, we will notify you online, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page. By continuing to use TMA’s services after notice of changes have been sent to you or published on the TMA website, you are consenting to the changes.
Personal Information Collected
TMA collects your personal information in the registration page the first time you sign up to participate in any of our services. On this page, we ask you to provide us with your full name, email address, password, company name, job title, company type, address, fax, and phone number. Once you register, your information will be retained in our registration database where you can update it at any time. We also request credit card or other payment account information which is maintained in encrypted form on secure servers and is not added to TMA’s database.
If you contact TMA, we may keep a record of that correspondence for customer service purposes. TMA also occasionally asks users to complete surveys that we use for research purposes.
In the course of using our website, we automatically track certain information about you. This information includes the URL that you just came from, what browser you are using, and your IP address. Many sites automatically collect this information.

While TMA does not rent or sell registration or member lists, attendee lists for sponsored webcasts or conferences are shared with named sponsor(s). You will be notified on the registration form and/or event website if the event you are attending is a sponsored event. If applying for continuing education credits, TMA will provide your information to accredited institution (name, title, company) and hours attended.
If at any time you wish to opt out of receiving mailings from TMA or with not to have your information shared with sponsors, you may do so in one of the following ways:

It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information when required by law, such as responses to civil or criminal subpoenas, or other requests by law enforcement personnel. We will disclose such information wherein we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, subpoena, or other legal process or request to TMA brought in any country throughout the world, or to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
