For any organization to be successful it must have the right people in the right role at the right time, doing the right work. As the liaison between talent acquisition and various divisions and departments within the business, the HRBP must be able to work with both sides of the equation to identify what talent is needed and when. Additionally, what strategies are best to keep all talent engaged.
Participants will learn hands-on how to acquire, align, and engage talent, and receive a resource kit to use for their organization. We will delve into:
• Talent Requirements – Do we need to Attract, Engage, Develop, and/or Retain Talent to achieve “X” result.
• Talent Performance Map – Aligns Talent Practices to achieve Talent Results needed to deliver Organization Results.
• Engaging Talent – How we will engage people to perform at their best and deliver thigh performing results.
