As a HR Business Partner, you work closely with your organization’s senior leaders and are tasked with developing strategies to strengthen the future organizational capabilities that are critical for success. You’re a consultant to management on all things HR, serve as liaison to leadership, and are expected to be the advising expert on topics such as the business unit’s financial position, employee engagement, recruitment needs, and everything in-between.

That is why the 2016 HR Business Partner University (HRBPU) event will showcase four topics that are top-of-mind to HR Professionals.
