Mark Herzog is president & CEO of Holy Family Memorial (HFM), an integrated healthcare delivery system uniting a 90-provider group practice and community hospital recognized for innovative delivery system transformation. He is an ACHE Faculty and presents frequently at the national meetings of ACHE, AHA, and CHA, as well as the CoDev 2013 International Open Innovation Forum, the National Center for Healthcare Leadership, and the University of Michigan. An AHA Solutions case study featured HFM in “Is Your Hospital Ready for Healthcare Reform? Positioning Your Organization for Success in the Emerging Era” co-presented with KaufmanHall. In 2015, Herzog was featured in HealthLeaders’ “CEO Thoughts” on the Supreme Court’s King v. Burwell decision and was cited by Becker’s as one of 50 Rural Health Leaders to Know. He was a 2012 finalist for AHA’s Shirley Ann Munroe Award. He has served in board roles with the AHA and the Wisconsin Hospital Association, and holds an MHSA from the University of Michigan and a BA from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York.
