Blair Williams is Vice President, HR Services, within Cardinal Health. In this role, Blair is responsible for all centralized HR support functions for U.S. and Puerto Rico based employees, including call center, payroll, employee data, medical leave and other transactional services. Additionally, he leads an HR International Operations COE supporting Cardinal Health employees in 20+ countries in Europe, Asia, and Central America. Blair joined the Human Resources team in 2010 and was a primary leader in the design and implementation of the in-house HR support services model. Prior to this, he served in multiple Information Technology roles as an applications development and IT operations leader since joining Cardinal Health in 2002.
Earlier in his career Blair spent fourteen years in the personal computer industry, holding several leadership roles in IT, distribution, operations, and customer service.
Blair is a graduate of the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Communication. He is an active member of Cardinal Health’s Partners Leading Change, a program for men advocating gender equality and partnership.
