This lab will be in two parts; the first will be real time sourcing examples using logic, social media and other on-line (FREE) tools to find humans. Once you learn ways to find people, attracting them to your organization is key. The second portion of the lab will be a hands on audit of your attraction methodologies including; career site, use of CRM & ATS, messaging and tools. Takeaway from this lab include:
