Retention for classroom learning is low without sufficient strategy to influence lasting behavior change. Many companies have found success with targeted micro learning, short targeted moments of learning. This session will focus on VG’s approach to improve interpersonal communication starting with the C-Suite. The organization began by building a “Collaborative Communication” course using Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication as a framework. In application VG learned that a layered approach was essential to creating lasting results.
