Welcome to People in Health Care

Talent Management Summit for the Health Care Sector

February 7-8, 2012 // Crowne Plaza Houston North Greenspoint // Houston, TX

With patient care being their number one objective, no other industry has a more crucial need for top talent and management of that talent than health care.

Succeeding in today’s turbulent environment demands a mix of strategic talent management and business know-how. The passing of the health care bill by congress drove long standing issues of staffing shortages, leadership capability and financial stability to the forefront of the health care argument. One of the biggest issues faced by health care organizations was how to staff & pay for patient care.
