Sr. Director, Organizational Effectiveness
Tom Killen is Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness at TIAA. In this role, he leads a talent management center of expertise responsible for TIAA’s talent and succession planning approach, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and career enablement. Since joining the company in 2013, Tom and his team have worked with business leaders to strengthen the company’s internal talent pool, increase accountability, improve managerial effectiveness, and enable employees to develop and grow in their careers. Prior to this role, Tom served in both leadership development center of expertise and business partner roles at Bank of America and Home Depot.
