Kris Erickson is a member of the leadership team within IBM/Kenexa’s Workforce Sciences practice. She is responsible for ensuring client relevance related to solutions rooted in the behavioral sciences such as employee engagement research, leadership development, and assessment tools and consulting. She also serves as an executive consultant for the assessment and survey practices within IBM.
Kris is also an integral part of strategic discussions with senior executives focusing on HR needs both short and longer term using survey benchmarks, best practices, case studies, and the C-Suite study recently completed by IBM.
Prior to joining IBM through the Kenexa acquisition, she was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for a healthcare company where she was instrumental in designing leading edge human capital strategies to meet the thirty percent year on year growth of the organization. Kris has combined her business experience with over twenty five years of consulting with Fortune 500 companies in industries such as Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail and Healthcare. In this capacity, Ms. Erickson worked at both the strategic and tactical levels to develop and deploy comprehensive workforce solutions.
Ms. Erickson graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She resides in Lincoln, Nebraska with her husband with whom she shares three children.
