Vice President & Engagement Strategy Manager, Fifth Third Bank
Marsha is responsible for developing and leading the employee engagement strategies for Fifth Third Bank as well as the execution of various employee feedback programs. She’s focused on meaningful measurement, improving the overall survey experience for all employees, and building cultural alignment and accountability.
Marsha has almost 20 years of human resources experience in the areas of employee engagement, inclusion and diversity, talent acquisition and leadership development with organizations including Cintas, INROADS and the Kroger Company. Marsha holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University in Business Administration/Africana Studies. Her Community Service includes serving as President for the Pete Nadherny Scholarship Trust, Boys and Girls Club Mentor, Founder of Girls Who Rock Workshop for the YWCA Mamie E. Sells Scholarship Participants and University of Cincinnati Business Fellows Board President. Marsha is also committed to coaching and mentoring countless individuals.
