Maintaining robust talent pipelines with a TRM system: The Comcast Story

Supporting more than one million applications each year and with more than 12 million sessions opened on jobs.comcast.com, the Comcast careers website did not have the talent relationship management system(TRM) needed to create robust pipelines and promote the employment brand. As the talent acquisition senior leaders focused on how to partner with the business and improve the customer experience, they focused on the relationship between the candidate experience and sales. It was discovered that 41% of job seekers, who give their overall candidate experience a negative rating, will definitely take their alliances, product purchases, and relationships elsewhere.
In an effort to bridge the gap between candidates and sales, they implemented a talent relationship management platform to enable talent acquisition teams to manage nurture campaigns, create robust pipelines, and better support the business to hire the right applicants for the right positions.
