Event Responsibilities and Process:
- TMA will set the objectives, audience demographics, location, and program development to include speaker research and selection.
- TMA will provide planning leadership, venue, logistics, timeline and registration management.
- TMA will provide a comprehensive marketing program including design, copywriting, web, email, templates, phone support and printing where applicable.
TMA will allow sponsor logo on prominent signage, promotional materials on site.
There are no refunds for cancellations by Sponsors/Exhibitors.
In the event that TMA must postpone or cancel the event, TMA will transfer any payment made by the Sponsor/Exhibitor to an alternative even. This is the sole right of remedy available to Sponsor/Exhibitor in case of postponement or cancellation of an event by TMA.
TMA is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. TMA shall not be liable to Sponsor/Exhibitor for any claims, damages, refunds, costs or claims of any kind whatsoever if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a force majeure. Force majeure is defined as any unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. Force majeure shall include, but shall not be limited to: fire; flood; an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency.
TMA reserves the right to make any reasonable changes to the schedule, presenters or in the general plan of the conference as may be deemed reasonably necessary by management under the circumstances.
