Ruth Moore currently works in Global Diversity and Talent Management where she is responsible for managing a number of Citi’s global talent practices including Executive and Pipeline Assessment and Development, Executive Coaching and the corporate Talent Review process. She also is responsible for creating tools and training to enhance the skill of our leaders and HR professionals in managing talent and building a strong succession pipeline.
Ruth has held various roles within HR and has experience in a variety of disciplines such as strategy planning, organizational design, talent and performance management, re-engineering, compensation, complex employee relations, coaching at all levels of the organization as well as HR Operations. Prior to joining Global Talent Management, Ruth served as a Sr. HR Advisor and partnered with Head of Commercial Banking in building leadership and organizational capability.
Ruth is a Certified Executive Coach and has a B.S. in Health Care Administration and an MBA in Human Resources Management.
