Paul M.Clementeis the Program Manager of Raytheon Six Sigma™ Operations, for Raytheon and a Six Sigma Master Expert(Master Black Belt). He assumed the leadership role in October2007. He is currently a member of the Engineering Technology & Mission Assurance staff in Waltham Ma.

Clemente guides Raytheon’s Six Sigma focused on driving continuous improvement in all enterprise processes and systems that support efforts to deliver world class performance for our warfighters. Clemente is responsible for developing Experts (Black Belts) and Master Experts (MBB) that will ensure agility and responsiveness addressing a broad, range of business opportunities. He oversees Expert curriculum development and implementation, Enterprise certification of Experts and Master Experts, practices and procedures, that reinforcing the highest standards of effectiveness and efficiency.Prior to leading Raytheon Six Sigma Operations, Clemente was a senior manager and a Lead Expert for Raytheon’s Integrated Defense Systems business from 1997 to 2007. While at IDS he also worked missile defense strategy while working at the Missile Defense Center in Woburn, Ma.
He was the Chief engineer for the development of Raytheon’s Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) which is used to govern and execute all programs in Raytheon. Previously Clemente was the system engineering lead for the system’s engineering transition team for Raytheon when it acquired Hughes Space and Airborne, Texas Instruments and E-Systems.Previously, Clemente held leadership positions in engineering, quality and program office at Raytheon from 1989 to 1997.
Clemente was a manager in the CPU design group for Prime Computer for nine years. While there he developed and patented a chip for computer math co-processing.
Clemente was part time day faculty in the computer science department at Framingham State University, Massachusetts for 25 years.Clemente earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from the Syracuse University and a master of computer engineering at Syracuse University.He isa certified Six Sigma Expert and Master Expert.He has received three R6s Presidents awards and three CEO awards for his Enterprise projects.
Clemente is a member of the Framingham State University Computer Science Advisory Board.
