Keami has worked as an HRD Consultant, Program Designer, Coach and Trainer specializing in Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Diversity & Inclusion for more than 20 years. Key areas of expertise include maximizing performance, talent optimization, and improving individual and team effectiveness.
In 2003, Keami co-authored The Conflict and Communication Activity Book. She has been a presenter and panelists at multiple global corporate and industry conferences. Founder of The 100 Best Companies Symposium, her work has been noted in Fast Company magazine, and in the books, The Customer Comes Second and Good Company…Caring as Fiercely as You Compete.
Keami is currently a member of Facebook’s Learning & Development team focused on transforming the Leadership Development function. In this capacity, she partners with HR and business leaders to drive a comprehensive development strategy with learning solutions for current and emerging leaders across Facebook.
Before joining Facebook, Keami held senior roles with Microsoft leading GD&I Learning & Development, HR Development Programs, and Global Diversity & Inclusion. Keami has also led Human Resources, Organization Development and Learning and Development functions at CertainTeed Corporation, Saint Gobain, Agere Systems, R&B Inc., Harrah’s Entertainment, and Rosenbluth International.
Keami has held board positions with The Conference Board and Madison Chamber of Commerce, and Industry Leadership roles with ATD. She earned a BA in Communications from La Salle University, with coursework and certifications from Cornell University ILR.
