In 2016 Suffolk conceived a role and competency-based development framework for its Operations employees to meet it business growth goals. Suffolk then needed to design and develop 25 of courses to address this business requirement. To accomplish this objective, Suffolk initiated a manufacturing model to manage concurrent course design and development process. What emerged was a high quality and operationally efficient model for course design and development.
