Integrated Talent Management Course

The STM course will provide a comprehensive look beyond the war for talent and examine the working model and hands-on practice for participants to understand how HR Strategy, Human Capital Strategy, and Strategic Talent Management are interrelated and must be integrated if an organization is to realize its maximum potential.

This course provides a holistic view of strategic talent management -one that is long term and continuous – that more fully addresses aspects of talent management as part of an overall business strategy. It illustrates the concepts and practices organizations can use to transform the talent they have into the business results they desire by dissecting talent management into eight categories of initiatives, comprising several individual programs. Utilizing a combination of best/next practices, case studies, a synthesis of the latest research, tools, models, and techniques, participants build capabilities to leverage talent in the enterprise. There is also ample time set aside for peer to peer learning.

Duration: A one-day, highly interactive course taught on-site or online with case studies, assessments, worksheets, and activities.

Deliverables: A participant’s manual and a Strategic Talent Management Implementation and Action Kit.
