She is an expert in change and process management from functional to process thinking, creating buy-in and inciting
Jamie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Applied Sciences from the University of North Texas and is a member
of the American Society for Quality (ASQ). She is an Examiner for the Texas Award for Performance Excellence and
for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award program. She is a thought leader and content contributor for the
American Productivity and Quality Center (APQC). Her work with teams has been noted as a best practice globally
and is the focus of case studies, articles and blogs.
Jamie has spoken all over the country on topics such as: diversity and inclusion, quality, strategic planning, customer and employee experience, culture, performance improvement, project management, process optimization, leadership
and workforce engagement.
She joined Park Place Dealerships, and the Lexus family, in March 2013. Under her leadership, Park Place Lexus
received best practice recognition in the Customer focus category for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Prior to joining the Automotive Industry, she served within the Healthcare Industry for 13 years in various
performance excellence/healthcare improvement roles. Today, Jamie is the Organizational Development Manager for
the Goodway Group who has received the Forbes Great Place to Work designation, as well as Glassdoor Best
Places to Work.
Jamie is a native Texan and lives in North Dallas with her husband, Todd. They have two beautiful children, Tristan
(26) and Amaris (22). Jamie is an avid dog lover and proud parent to 3 rescue dogs. Her interests include writing,
reading, learning and traveling.
