Amanda Hume is the head of change management at HP Inc, reporting into the HR Employee Experience organization. In this role she’s responsible for delivering change management strategies to support the deployment of business transformation initiatives. Featured in her portfolio of change, she’s led change management for the world’s largest single deployment of Workday, the separation of HP into two new companies, and most recently, HP’s acquisition of Samsung Printing.
Amanda joined HP eight years ago and is a seasoned change and communications professional, with over twenty years’ experience delivering communications, learning, and engagement strategies and solutions to enable change and business performance. She’s held
management roles in both the U.S. and U.K., in the technology, retail, telecommunications, and business process outsourcing sectors.
Amanda holds a Masters in Human Resource Development from the University of West London. Amanda is a single parent, living with her daughter in Colorado, U.S. When she’s not heads down working, she can be found riding horses with her daughter and enjoying the mountains.
