Many organizations are focusing on the need to be able to drive change effectively as well as establishing a culture that is agile and responsive to the challenges they are facing both internally and externally. Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield has embarked on a several years journey to create a new corporate culture that repositions the role of leadership, establishes new relationships with employees, resulting in increased levels of employee engagement and overall company performance.
Coupled with this work, Excellus BCBS also established an Organization Change Management process that is designed to help the organization migrate through both small and large-scale change initiatives. This session will focus on the journey Excellus BCBS has taken and the results they are experiencing from this work.
