Lisa Forman Johnson is the Vice President of Human Resources for Potomac Family Dining Group, leading over 4,000 employees to achieve their full potential while working in one of our 69 restaurants.
Prior to joining Potomac, Lisa was the Director of Recruitment North America for gategroup Airline Solutions and its leading brand Gate Gourmet.  gategroup is the global leader in airline catering and services with over 120 locations around the world.  While at gate, Lisa led the talent acquisition and employer branding strategy as well as the staffing technology for over 13,000 employees across North America.
Earlier in her career, Lisa served 15 years in leadership roles in the staffing industry and four years managing the talent and training efforts for the e-commerce leader Simplexity.  Lisa sits on the Board of Directors for the Human Resources Services and Technology Association and has presented at multiple Human Resources Conferences across the US.  She holds her B.A. in Corporate Communication from ELON University.
