Summary

Much like marketing a product line and company brand, successful recruiting means getting the right jobs in front of the right candidates at the right time.  Just as your marketing team does with a product, you need to give your open jobs exposure, make them visible, and do so with the right timing.  Infusing marketing principles within recruiting can give your company a distinct advantage, but how can you start thinking like a marketer?

In this session we will discuss the relationship opportunities between marketing and recruiting and how to capitalize on them for success. We will share strategies on how to think like a marketer and how you can transform the “Four Ps of Marketing” to work for recruiting.  We’ll chat about simple strategies to create brand differentiation, tailoring messages to different groups and using different communication channels, and the similarities between market intelligence and recruiting supply/demand.
