Jamie’s career with Deloitte has been focused on helping retail clients identify and manage people issues as part of implementing strategic programs and enterprise transformations. He has over 17 years of experience addressing a range of talent-related issues: strategic change, training, organization design, and communication. He also has in-depth experience with retail project management, strategy, process design, and technology implementation in areas such as HR, finance, supply chain, ecommerce, and data management.

Jamie works with Deloitte’s retail clients to develop strategies for global systems transformations, omnichannel engagement, and talent development and management. He helps clients leverage people as a driver of shareholder value by effectively managing people issues—from leading change to organization design—and implementing people systems and programs that generate results for the enterprise.

Bertrand Dussert is vice president of HCM transformation and thought leadership for Oracle. In this capacity, he serves as HR transformation and executive advisor to some of Oracle’s largest clients. Dussert also serves as an HR thought leadership speaker and Oracle representative for targeted events and partners with product strategy to help inform product design. Prior to Oracle, Dussert was the global leader for HR shared services, recruitment operations, and workforce planning for American Express.
