As SVP of Customer Success at Gild, Brad Warga uses his two decades of HR and recruiting experience to drive the success of hiring teams using Gild solutions. His role involves managing all things customer success, including running hands-on training sessions, ensuring that customers are getting the most out of Gild solutions, and working with the development team to transform customer feedback into better products. Brad is based at Gild’s headquarters in San Francisco, CA.

Brad came to Gild in 2012 from Salesforce.com, where he served as the Vice President of Corporate Recruiting. At Salesforce, Brad focused on global recruitment for one of the world’s fastest growing companies in the heart of Silicon Valley. His role included hiring for all corporate functions, including technology, marketing, G&A, and campus programs. In addition, Brad was responsible for the evolution of recruitment branding strategies and transforming Salesforce recruiting into a social enterprise using the latest social and mobile technologies.

Prior to joining Salesforce, Brad spent 7 years as Corporate Vice President of Talent and Employee Engagement for Caesar’s Entertainment. In this role, he focused on talent acquisition, including executive recruitment, corporate and property hiring and all campus programs. Under Brad’s leadership, Caesar’s achieved over 28 “Best Place to Work” awards throughout the country and achieved it’s first ever rankings as "One of the Nation’s Top MBA Employers” and Businessweek’s “50 Best Places to Launch a Career." He also founded the “MBA Poker Championship,” which is now one of the largest MBA recruitment events in the country attracting over 1000 top 10 MBA’s each year to Caesars Palace.

Brad started his career with Price Waterhouse Consulting and Sapient Corporation, a Boston based internet consulting firm. He has a B.S. degree in Business from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Brad is a frequent speaker at SHRM, HCI, ERE, HR Tech, and NACE in the areas of employee engagement and creative recruitment strategies.
