Over the last 20 years David’s career has taken him from front line positions in aerospace, manufacturing, energy and insurance to key leadership positions within the training & talent acquisition functions for global companies in the manufacturing and oil/gas industries. He also owned a consulting firm focusing on Training / HR consulting and executive recruiting. David has a passion for developing and delivering programs that position others for success. This has been exemplified throughout his career, which has taken him around the world developing others in effective leadership and communication skills.

Aside from the occasional speaking/consulting engagement David works for a leading Oil & Gas service company where he directs and guides the strategic initiatives of talent acquisition. He is responsible for developing relationships and strategies with Human Resources and Line leadership to design and implement innovative workforce planning, sourcing, selection and on-boarding strategies focused on meeting business-unit and corporate objectives.
