He began his career at SHL Talent Measurement™ where he worked in the research and consulting functions and then spent 11 years working in house both in the Private and Public Sector. This included roles at UBS as the Global Head of Assessment, at the Cabinet Office as the Chief Psychologist and most recently at Nationwide Building Society as the Talent Assessment and Succession Manager. He returned to SHL Talent Measurement solutions, now part of CEB, in 2013.
In this time he has delivered a wide range of solutions including global competency framework design, award winning recruitment processes, innovative high potential assessment, leadership development programmes and implementation of succession management frameworks, all of which have helped develop and align individual and organisational capability.
