Corey S. Muñoz is the Director of Talent Management for BAE Systems.  He is responsible for the company’s performance management, talent assessment succession planning efforts, and global high potential leadership development programs.

Corey joined BAE Systems from financial services where he was responsible for delivering talent solutions to executive clients within the company. Solutions included succession planning, talent review, developmental assessments and creating hiring tools for selection and promotion.

Previously, Corey was a Senior Researcher with the Corporate Leadership Council where he led a research team working with over 1,200 companies conducting benchmarking studies and developing tools for HR executives in a variety of industries.

Corey has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oklahoma State University. Additionally, he completed a Master’s of Science and holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology both from the University of Georgia. He has published and presented at a number of national conferences including the Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Academy of Management on topics such as Succession Planning, High-Potential Assessment, Leadership Development, Coaching, Metrics, Career Pathing, Selection Assessments, Organizational Surveys, and Diversity.
