Avalyn Jackson
Talent Attraction Lead, Disability & Diversity

Avalyn is currently the Lead Talent Attraction Manager in Human Resources responsible for attracting disability and diverse candidates. In previous positions, Avalyn was a member of the Corporate Accessibility Technology Office as a Lead Compliance Analyst and the Associate Marketing Director for Disability and Mature Products at AT&T Mobility and the Chairperson for the AT&T Advisory Panel on Access and Aging. AT&T's Advisory Panel on Access & Aging (AAPAA) is composed of national leaders in assistive technology, aging and cross-disability issues and provides advice and counsel to AT&T's subsidiaries, affiliates and leadership teams regarding issues of mutual interest. Avalyn is also a member of the National Hispanic Coalition on Aging Business Advisory Panel.

Ms.Jackson has worked in the telecom business for over 18 years. For the last nine years she has provided input to the company on device accessibility, accessible software, universal design, hearing aid compatibility, rate plans for the deaf and hard of hearing, mature rate plans, training and FCC compliance. Avalyn received a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Georgia and currently lives in Atlanta with her husband and 2 children.
