Summary

With a history of being a predominately male dominated industry, financial services has been fighting to change this and become more diverse. Most of the leading, successful organizations within the industry have made this a focus, not just because of the Dodd-Frank diversity mandates, but because the latest research suggests that increasing women’s leadership roles within organizations in inclusive environments
leads to overall organization success.
In this dynamic session we will explore how executives can successfully create the type of cultural environment that enables the development of fully engaged female leaders within their organizations that will enable them to get an edge on the competition.
