Miami (October 1st, 2014):  Talent Management Alliance (TMA), today shared new details about its upcoming 2015 High Potentials Talent Summit, taking place on the 13th & 14th January, 2015 at the DoubleTree By Hilton London Victoria.

Lucy Brennan, Conference Director, TMA, announced “We’re delighted to welcome Hayley Tatum, Senior Vice President, People at Asdato the Speaker Faculty. Hayley will join us on Wednesday 14th January to take part in a ‘Fireside chat’. Over 15 dynamic sessions will explore the major challenges when developing a high potential talent plan. Key presentations will explore: Building a Talent Pipeline with a Global Mind-Set, Developing and Retaining Trustworthy Leaders, Unlocking the Potential of Women Leaders for Senior Executive Roles and Exploring the concept of ‘Conscious Leadership’.
