Talent Management Alliance: Google Joins Programme for European Human Capital Analytics Summit

European Human Capital SummitMiami (June 30, 2014): Talent Management Alliance (TMA), today shared new details about its upcoming 2014 European Human Capital Summit, taking place on the 3rd& 4th September, 2014 at the DoubleTree By Hilton in London.

Lucy Brennan, Conference Director, TMA announced “We’re delighted to welcome Angela King from Google’s People Analytics department to the Speaker Faculty. Angela will deliver a Keynote Presentation that will explore what it means to use data to drive decisions and action in the HR function and she will share examples of how this process can transform organizations”.

It will also explore how HR teams can encompass analytics skills to be ‘storytellers’ with data – adept at understanding, interpreting, and communicating insight.

This important and timely industry meeting will explore the frameworks and approaches to advance from HR metrics - creating dashboards, and describing past trends, to a strategic analytics capability.
