Talent Management Alliance Inclusion Summit

diversity inclusion event

Talent Management Alliance (TMA), today shared additional details about its upcoming 2014 Inclusion Summit. The summit will be held at the Westin Buckhead in Atlanta, from September 22nd-23rd, 2014. Last year the event attracted over 100 Diversity & Inclusion executives and this year it is expected to attract more. The 2014 Inclusion Summit will feature practitioners and thought leaders sharing case studies, best practices and frameworks on measuring and assessing the inclusion journey and creating a strong business case for inclusion in organizations.

With the U.S. Census Bureau projecting the workforce to continue to grow larger and more diverse, it is less about having a diverse workforce and more about inclusiveness and having measurable results to make a strong business case for programs and initiatives. Creating a truly inclusive organization requires support from the entire organization, including senior ranks and the only way to gain this support is by having measurable results.

Diversity & Inclusion executives from leading companies such as AT&T, Bank of America, Northop Grumman Corp, Gap Inc and Ingersoll Rand will gather from around the country to address ways to present a strong business case for Diversity & Inclusion as well discuss new ways to benchmark and measure the effectiveness of Diversity & Inclusion programs and initiatives so that fellow practitioners have measurable results to share with senior leaders.
Diversity & Inclusion executives who attended last year’s summit are geared up and excited for the annual event, “The Talent Management Alliance (TMA) Conference was very rewarding for me professionally. I had the opportunity to hear about innovative strategies, discuss best/leading practices and network with other D&I Practitioners. TMA did a great job identifying the right topics and bringing in talented leaders with relevant information. I look forward to attending subsequent conferences.” said Camilla Collins, SVP, Diversity & Inclusion Leader at Bank of America.

This year TMA’s Inclusion Summit brings together over 20 thought leaders and practitioners in Diversity & Inclusion, they will be presenting numerous interactive sessions which will focus on topics such as, Creating an Inclusive Culture, Sustainable Diversity & Inclusion, Measuring and Benchmarking, and Veteran Recruitment Strategies.
